The products and services offered on this Site are for personal use only. They may not be sold or resold after original purchase. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Information Provided on our Site
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services on our Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the products' and services' descriptions and posted pictures to exactly match the colors or other content of the corresponding items and treatments performed at our spa.
3. Personal Account
You are welcome to open your personal account at our Site. If you decide to set up one, your email address and created password will allow you to have an access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Dolce Vita Day Spa’s best interests to do so.

We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
5. Payment Methods
We accept most major credit cards including AMEX, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Your transaction will be processed by Paypal and you will a receipt delivered from Paypal.com confirming your transaction. If you do not have a Paypal account, click PayPal icon at the last step of Payment procedure. On the next page choose the option "Pay with an online bank account, debit or credit card, or Paypal credit" on the bottom. Select "Debit or Credit Card" on the next step to complete the transaction using Your credit or debit card. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with us. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.Your credit card will be billed after completing your transaction.
6. Returns & Refunds
All purchased gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used by the expiration date. Purchased products are subject to exchange if defected only.
7. Spa Services & Price Changes
We reserve the right to change or discontinue certain spa services. If the service has been purchased in advance in the form of a gift certificate, we will work with you to exchange discontinued service for some other available spa service to equivalent value. Prices are subject to change without notice.
8. Appointments Requirements
Dolce Vita Day Spa requires appointments for purchased services to be made in advance. Please call 708-352-1705 or email request to email@example.com to make your reservations.
9. Appointments Cancellation Policy
No-shows or same day appointment cancellation will be charged the full service fee.
Any changes made with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a fee charge. If you are running late, the courtesy of a phone call is always appreciated. We will try to reschedule your appointment if possible. If we are not able to reschedule another appointment time, your services will begin as previously scheduled. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as originally scheduled.
10. Use of Promotional Vouchers Purchased at E-Commerce Marketplaces
All first time customers using vouchers for services at Dolce Vita Day Spa purchased at e-commerce marketplaces (such as Groupon or LivingSocial) are allowed to use the voucher once in a lifetime for each marketplace.
Voucher number is required at the time of booking the service appointment. All cancellation and rescheduling procedures are the same as Appointments Cancellation Policy in point 9.
